Water Tower by Ieuan Edwards

Limited edition original print on 300gsm Somerset Satin cotton rag, linseed ink 76 x 56 x 0.1 cm (unframed) / 65 x 45 cm (actual image size)

This is a hand carved, hand printed linocut print of the Rumfields water tower in Broadstairs, England, just a few miles from my studio and, until recently, covered in incredibly intricate scaffolding.

This is printed in four colours and was printed in reduction, whereby some of the lino is carved away between each colour layer. This means that no more can be printed, making these prints (just 18 in total) collectible.

Ieuan uses the finest quality materials including archival acid-free printmaking paper and bright glossy linseed ink and his editions are signed and numbered at the base of the print. As each of these prints is hand pressed there will be some very slight variation between them.

This print, given its size, will be mailed wrapped in tissue in a sturdy cardboard postal tube.

Work will be sent within 7 days of payment.
